Free for you One accountant at a time, never a list Remote, anywhere in the UK
How it works

Three steps, and one accountant at a time

No forms, no call centres, no list of firms chasing you.

  1. We spot the overdue filing

Companies House publishes which filings are overdue. If yours is, we may send you a short note to ask whether you'd like help.

  2. You tell us what you need

Reply with a couple of lines: what needs doing and whether you already have an accountant. That's all we ask.

  3. An accountant gets in touch

We pass your details to an accountant who fits. You agree the work and the fee directly with them.

What they help with

From one late filing to fully up to date

The accountants we introduce work with small limited companies, usually remotely, on one-off catch-ups and ongoing support.

  • Year-end accounts
  • Confirmation statements
  • Corporation tax
  • Bookkeeping
  • VAT returns

What we are, and what we're not

We'd rather be clear than clever.

Not Companies House, not HMRC

We're an independent introduction service. We're not a government body and we're not an accountant ourselves.

One accountant at a time

Your details go to one accountant at a time, only after you say yes. If they can't help, we'll ask before trying another. We never sell or share lists.

Free, with no obligation

The accountant pays us for the introduction. You pay nothing to us, and you're free to say no to them.

Easy to stop

For accountants

New limited-company clients, introduced one at a time

We find UK limited companies with a live, overdue filing, check that they want help, and introduce each one to a single firm at a time. You only pay for introductions you accept.

Questions

Good to know

How did you get my email address?

From your company's own website. We match the company on the public Companies House register to its website, and use the contact address published there. We don't buy lists. The privacy notice has the details.

Are you Companies House or HMRC?

No. We're an independent introduction service, and we're not an accountant either. We noticed the overdue filing on the public register and thought you might welcome some help.

What does it cost?

Nothing for you. The accountant pays us a fee for the introduction. Any work you choose to do with them is agreed directly between you and them.

I've already filed. Why did I hear from you?

The public register can take a little while to update, so our note may have crossed with your filing. Sorry for the bother. We check again before any follow-up, and you can simply ignore it.

How do I stop your emails?

Reply “stop” to any of our emails, or write to lukas@kindlyintroduced.com. You'll be off our list for good.
