  1. Who we are

Kindly Introduced is run by TinyVentures OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: lukas@kindlyintroduced.com. We are not Companies House, HMRC or an accountant.

  2. Why we use your data

To offer UK companies with overdue filings an introduction to an accountant.

  3. Legal basis

Legitimate interests: offering a relevant service to businesses. If you ask for an introduction, we share your details with your agreement.

  4. What we hold

Public information about your company and its directors from Companies House, the business email address on your company's website, and your replies.

  5. Who receives it

Accountancy firms, one at a time and only if you ask for an introduction, and the service providers we use for email and AI tools.

  6. Transfers abroad

Some of those providers are in the US. Transfers are covered by standard data-transfer safeguards.

  7. How long we keep it

Up to 12 months. If you ask us to stop, we keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so we never email you again.

  8. Your rights

Ask us for access, correction or deletion, restrict or move your data, and object at any time: just reply “stop”.

  9. Complaints

To the UK ICO or the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.

  10. Where it came from

The public Companies House register and your company's own website.
